Walnut oil
This oil is produced using walnut kernels containing 73-90% fatty oil. It has a delicate aroma, gentle taste and golden-amber color.

Contains polyunsaturated fatty acids - linoleic (omega-6) and alpha-linolenic (omega-3), monounsaturated oleic fatty acid, a small amount of saturated fatty acids - palmitic and stearic, rich in complex lipids - phosphorus and glycolipids, sterols; gamma-tocopherol and alpha-tocopherol, carotenoids, B vitamins, vitamin P, minerals (magnesium, calcium, potassium, iron, iodine, zinc, copper, selenium).

Walnut oil is widely used in French and Georgian cuisine. Recommended for salads, cold dishes, grilled crispy grills, sauces, and breads. It has an unmatched distinct but mild nutty flavor.
