Linseed oil
Linseed oil is made from flax seeds, has a bright yellow color, a peculiar taste, sometimes a little bitter.

Contains a full complex of polyunsaturated fatty acids that are part of vitamin F (fatty acids of the Omega-3 and Omega-6 families). Vitamin F is not synthesized in the body on its own but is imported from outside. Flaxseed oil is a source of vitamins: B1, B2, folic acid, vitamin PP, pantothenic acid, biotin; minerals: potassium, phosphorus, magnesium.
